| Biopack Provides Biopark Construction Update |

Biopack Environmental Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce that its state of the art facility known as Biopark will be operational by the end of the calendar year. As previously announced, the Company leased 6.6 acres of land in Jiangmen City in Southern China to set up an innovative eco-industrial project known as "Biopark." Biopark will consist of 4 modern factory blocks, equipped with custom designed automated production lines (Phase One develop for Tanya). Biopark will be a unique green showcase of our efforts in manufacturing of biodegradable products for Biopack's international clients. Biopack has recruited a veteran project manager, Mr. C.F. Hui, who has played a leading role in setting up numerous manufacturing plants throughout China, to oversee this ambitious venture. Preliminary production for trial orders is presently available through the newly constructed sampling line. Seven fully automated machine units have been completed as well as eight mixing pools for coloration of Biopack's unique food grade packaging products. Infrastructure is currently being installed in anticipation of Biopark fully coming online in the coming months.
