Biopack Finalizes European Distribution Agreement |

HONG KONG and NORTHBROOK, IL -- 07/27/07 -- Biopack Environmental Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: BPEV) is pleased to announce that it has finalized an agreement with Moonen Packaging. Under terms of the agreement, Moonen Packaging will become the sole sales distributor and exclusive representative of Biopack's unique 100% biodegradable product in Europe. As a result of this joint venture, all European sales will fall under the Roots Biopack Europe branding. The initial term of the agreement is three years.
