| Biopack Announces a New Contract |

HONG KONG--(Marketwire - June 26, 2007) - Biopack Environmental Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: BPEV) is pleased to announce that a letter of intent has been reached with Imoni Decoration Materials Company Limited ("Imoni"). Imoni is an exporter of laminates and closet components to Europe and the United States. They annually export approximately 3.6 million square feet of product and sought out Biopack's 100% biodegradable product as a solution to the ever-increasing regulations on the environmental impact of packaging. Under this agreement, Imoni will sign an exclusive 5-year agreement with Biopack to provide packaging solutions for their product. This will involve approximately 3 million units per year that will require Biopack's unique packaging. All packaging will also be embossed with the Biopack logo.
