| Biopack Secures New Flagship Development in China |

HONG KONG -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 03, 2007 -- Biopack (OTCBB: BPEV) is a US-listed company with a Hong Kong-based Head Corporation office. We have initiated our momentum to be a premier leader in the green replacement industry by having our flagship plant in the Southern part of China. The group has recently acquired 6.6 acres of land in Ziang Mun City, in Southern China to set up an innovative eco-industrial project known simply as "Biopark." Biopark will consist of 4 modern factory blocks, equipped with bespoke-designed automated production lines for Phase 1 and situated within the complex is a moderately equipped staff-dormitories to cater to the well being of the factory workers. Expected to be in operations by 3rd quarter of 2007, Biopark will be a unique green showcase of our efforts in manufacturing of biodegradable products for our international clients. Once fully operational, Phase 1 will produce in excess of 450 million pieces annually.
