| M2 Formulex introduces AgroResin™ Biodegradable trays to North America |

M2 Formulex and their U.S. affliate MarketOps Inc., are pleased to announce the introduction of AgroResin™, 100% Biodegradable trays to North America. AgroResin™ trays are 100% Biodegradable, 100% Compostable and Non-GMO. AgroResin™ trays, developed by Grenidea Technologies Pte Ltd., are made from fibrous biomass (ie. Palm Fiber), once the oil is extruded from the palm fruit bunch. M2 Formulex, the Sales and Marketing Representative for Grenidea Technologies in North America, identified the need to establish local distribution, and worked diligently to close an exclusive Master Distributor Agreement between Grenidea and NNZ USA, a leading global packaging distributor with focus in the agricultural and industrial sector. Steve Johnston, M2’s Manager of Business Development stated, “With product made overseas, it’s crucial to set up distribution in the U.S., in order to significantly reduce lead time on orders. The lead time on these orders can be as long as 8-10 weeks, however, having NNZ to support our distribution efforts, we’ll be able to reduce the lead time to a matter of days.” NNZ has 7 strategically located warehouses across the United States and will inventory product according to customer needs. NNZ can supply smaller, more manageable orders, while providing a high level of customer service, which people are accustomed too from NNZ.
In addition to AgroResin™ trays, M2 has introduced NNZ to 100% Biodegradable Cling Film, which can be used in combination with the AgroResin™ trays. The combination of AgroResin™ biodegradable trays and biodegradable cling film, will allow NNZ to promote a “complete” biodegradable packaging solution to their customers.
