Corn-based, biodegradable golf tees drive NW Indiana company's profits

Ethanol isn't the only corn derivative that's hot these days. Corn-based, biodegradable golf tees are picking up steam as well. A subsidiary of Hoosier Custom Plastics LLC, in Knox, sold 15 million of them in the last year.
