Environmentally conscious visitors to the Calgary Stampede this year can look forward to a greener midway, say organizers. Among the initiatives to reduce the ecological footprint of the Greatest Show on Earth is a pilot project introducing biodegradable knives, forks and spoons at five posted food booths.
